the BEST hotel in pratunam bkk, i love the service they provide especially from Tony and Mark, they assist us greatly and super efficient! Back here for a second year and service standard is still top notch!

My recent five-day stay at Centre Point Hotel Pratunam with a group of five people in two connecting family rooms left much to be desired. Despite the spacious rooms, our experience was marred by slow check-in, poor maintenance, and subpar cleanliness and hygiene standards. 1. **Slow Check-In Process:** The check-in process was needlessly slow, compounded by unnecessary hassles such as requiring contact with Agoda for a name change to match passport details. Passports reflecting all personal particulars were also handed over as a record keeping. Despite presenting evidence and login credentials, we were met with inflexibility and cold responses from the receptionist, citing hotel policy without consideration for common-sense concerns. 2. **Maintenance Issues:** Upon entering our rooms, we discovered a malfunctioning air conditioner in one of the rooms, necessitating a visit from a team of technicians with a trolley full of equipment. Despite being informed that the hotel was fully booked, no alternative room was offered and none of the staff bothered to follow up and check on the situation throughout the 5 days. 3. **Inadequate Housekeeping:** Housekeeping services were inadequate, with our rooms left untidy even by late afternoon as late as 4pm. Additionally, the request for fresh towels became a daily necessity however the fresh towels have been noted with bad stains and missing towels. 4. **Poor Water Pressure and Temperature:** The water pressure in the shower was abysmal, coupled with inconsistent warm temperatures that made basic tasks like showers difficult. The situation escalated to needing technician assistance mid-shower and insufficient slow flow. 5. **Hygiene Concerns:** Both bath and hand towels were visibly stained, shower curtains stained with mould patches adding to the discomfort and highlighting the lack of attention to cleanliness standards. 6. **Environmental Issues:** The overall environment was marred by dustiness and inadequate soundproofing, leading to disturbances from traffic noises despite being on the 26th floor, rooms 2606 and 2607. 7. **Limited Power Sockets**: Another inconvenience was the scarcity of power sockets in the rooms, with only two available. In today's digital age where guests rely heavily on electronic devices, such limited access to power sources was frustrating and impractical, hindering our ability to charge multiple devices simultaneously and adding to the discomfort of our stay. In conclusion, despite hearing positive reviews about Centre Point Hotel Pratunam, our experience was disappointing and, at times, disgusting. The stale and moldy air quality, combined with outdated facilities, overshadowed any semblance of comfort. The newly refurbished reception lobby, while visually appealing, failed to mask the underlying issues of poor service and neglect of guest comfort. Had it not been for the peak season due to Songkran and nearby hotels being fully booked, we would have sought accommodation elsewhere. It's a stark reminder that true hospitality lies not just in appearances but in genuine care and attention to guests' needs. Centre Point Hotel Pratunam has much room for improvement in providing a safe and comfortable stay for its guests.

Fantastic hotel, nice, big & clean room. Location is the best, near shopping, massage & good food around the area. Awesome service by the front office, hskp & breakfast team. Special thanks to Jirawadee N from reservation team for assisting with the room reservation.

The hotel although a bit old was very well maintained. Location was perfect, on the main thoroughfare and yet secluded, so we didn't hear much traffic even when whilst standing on the balcony. Didn't book the hotel breakfast option, but it wasn't an issue as food options nearby was good.

Location was superb. Just that on the day of arrival turning into the lobby is not that easy if you happen to be driving on the opposite side of the road nevertheless, location wise it is still nice. Room is comfortable but design is dated though. Don’t understand why there were like curry smell in the wardrobe and/or closed. Bathroom is spacious and with a separate bathtub and shower area. High floor with lovely view. Breakfast box was prepared on my early morning check out day.
